The Autumn Equinox is a sacred moment of balance — where light and dark meet as equals. It invites us to pause, breathe, and remember our place within the cycles of nature. In a world that often feels fast, chaotic, and uncertain, these seasonal thresholds remind us of something deeper: the wisdom of the Earth that lives within us too. For centuries, the Equinox has been celebrated as a threshold and teaches us how to honour both the harvest and the letting go — to give gratitude for what has grown, and to trust the turning toward the darker months ahead.

This gathering is a space to slow down, to listen, and to reconnect with your own rhythm. Together, we honour this turning of the wheel, weaving meditation, reflection, and ritual with the ancient wisdom of this season.

This is a soft and intimate gathering — a moment to connect with your own rhythm, the wisdom of the Earth, and the turning of the wheel of the year.

    • In preparation for the Ceremony it is best to eat lightly beforehand.

Manouk de Bijl — Mentor, Guide, Space Holder, and Devoted Student of the Feminine

Hi love, I’m Manouk — and I’m so grateful you’ve found your way here.

For much of my life, I moved through the world performing, perfecting, and pleasing — far from the truth of my body and cycles. Years of disconnection eventually manifested as chronic dis-ease, which became the portal into my healing. Through listening deeply, surrendering, and reconnecting with my womb and heart, I began to soften, to feel, and to remember who I truly am.

This path of remembrance is the essence of all I hold today. Through ceremonies, retreats, and mentorships, I’ve walked alongside many women as we return to the wisdom of our bodies, our intuition, and our feminine essence.

When I hold space, I invite you into a field of safety, sisterhood, and deep listening. A space to shed what no longer serves, to awaken your inner knowing, and to come home — to yourself, to your truth, and to the sacred remembrance that lives within us all.

  • Manouk has a kind-hearted and compassionate energy as a space holder. This energy was reflected by the group creating an intimate, loving and open (online) space to show up together. It was special how the sense of a little community arose so quickly (especially online). A space to check-in with each other and yourself during the morning and evening rituals together. Where Manouk skillfully guides you through a Meditation or Yoga practice with joy and playfulness. Also, giving you the tools, such as journal prompts, to integrate your experiences. All together, this online retreat facilitated by Manouk gave me the routine I sought in my daily life. To slow down and show up for myself with compassion. Also the feeling of community, showing up together, felt very powerful and valuable to me. After the retreat I felt more recharged and ready for the new season. Thank you Manouk <3
