It was special how the sense of a little community arose so quickly (especially online). A space to check-in with each other and yourself during the morning and evening rituals together. Manouk skilfully guides you with joy and playfulness. Also giving you the tools, such as journal prompts, to integrate your experiences. About the Founder
Through my path as a Trauma-Informed Somatic Guide, Sacred Space Holder, Women’s Ceremony Facilitator, Energy Healer, Retreat leader and Yoga teacher — I am here to guide you home. It is my path to inspire, be of service and work as a portal for you to blossom to wholeness. From head to heart we venture - listening, remembering and feeling. A long journey with a chronic auto immune dis-ease became the catalyst for my own natural healing journey, inviting me to reconnect with my body and moon cycle. This decade long holistic journey is the womb of all creation and the inspiration behind my deep-felt offerings, a Sacred Remembering. I would be honoured to hold space for you.
