There is something deeply sacred about gathering again. Not as strangers. Not at the beginning of the journey. But as women who have already walked beside each other before. Since the very first SĀCRED REMEMBRANCE retreat in 2023, women from across different seasons, circles, retreats and countries have gathered in this work — opening, softening, remembering. And this Summer Solstice… we meet again. For the first time, we are creating a weekend devoted entirely to reunion. A space to return to the women, the feeling, the laughter, the tears, the songs, the sisterhood. To sit around the fire once more and witness not only who we were then — but who we have become since. This is not about arriving as strangers. It is about arriving with a shared language already living in the body.

A remembering.

Over three summer days, we gather in nature to celebrate the light of the Solstice through ceremony, movement, nourishing food, workshops, music, rest, water, dance, softness and togetherness. Less pressure. Less proving. More truth. More joy. More exhale. A weekend to simply be together again.

This weekend is an invitation to slow down, soften, celebrate and simply be together again. Over three summer days, we gather in nature to honour the fullness of the Summer Solstice — a celebration of light, life force, abundance, joy and remembrance. Our days will unfold slowly and intuitively, woven with moments of togetherness, ceremony, rest, movement and play.

Hi dear woman, the idea of gathering in this way again honestly makes my heart emotional. Some of you I met years ago. Some more recently. Some of you shared tears with me in ceremony. Others danced barefoot together under the stars, sat by the river, held each other through transformation, laughter, heartbreak, softness, remembrance. And now… somehow all these different circles of women are weaving together again. Truthfully, this weekend is just as meaningful for me as I feel it may be for many of you. (!)

Over the years, SĀCRED REMEMBRANCE has become so much more than retreats to me. It has become a living community of women — across countries, seasons and chapters of life — who continue finding each other again and again. To witness that… is something I will never take for granted. This gathering is about creating a space where we can land together again. A space where you can exhale. Reconnect. Celebrate. And of course.. remember.

And I truly cannot wait to share this Summer Solstice weekend with you.

  • Manouk works as a Trauma-Informed Somatic Mentor, Space Holder, Ceremonialist, Women’s Facilitator, Community weaver, founder of SĀCRED REMEMBRANCE and Retreat Leader. She is a visionary in Women’s Empowerment and dedicated to guide and gather women in sacred spaces to invite deep heartfelt feminine remembrance, healing and transformation.

    After being diagnosed with a chronic autoimmune dis-ease, she embarked on a transformative holistic healing journey, uncovering the intricate links between emotions, trauma, and physical health. Through somatic practices, natural therapies, and deep inner work, Manouk brought herself home to healing. This 12 year long holistic journey is the womb of all creation and the inspiration behind her deep-felt offerings.

    Her approach creates a nurturing safe environment to help women release limiting beliefs, patterns and step into their raw authentic essence. It is her path to inspire, be of service and work as a portal to blossom beings to wholeness. She guides from head to heart — listening, remembering and feeling. THE VENUE —

‘T SYBROOK | Enschede, Twente

Hidden in nature, this beautiful old farmhouse has been lovingly held within the same family for decades. A place with warmth in its walls. High ceilings. Wooden beams. A massive fireplace at the heart of the home. On warm summer days, the large glass doors open fully to the outside — letting nature, sunlight and fresh air move effortlessly through the space. The interior carries an eclectic, artistic and deeply cozy atmosphere, with pieces sourced from a designer hotel in Budapest and handcrafted elements by Dutch designer Piet Hein Eek woven throughout the home. Long tables to gather around. Soft corners to land in. Spaces to rest, connect, laugh and simply be together. A home that feels both grounding and inspiring at once — and the perfect setting for a Summer Solstice weekend immersed in sisterhood, nature and remembrance.

  • This Summer Solstice Weekend Immersion is primarily created as a reunion space for women who have previously joined a SĀCRED REMEMBRANCE retreat or immersion.

    If additional spaces remain open, we may lovingly welcome a small number of women who feel deeply aligned with this field and community.

  • Of course <3. Whether we gathered recently or years ago, this weekend is about reconnecting — with yourself, with sisterhood, and with the shared thread that continues to live between us. We cannot wait to be together again!

  • Yes — and many women will. Some women already know each other from previous retreats, while others may be meeting for the first time. The shared thread of this community tends to create connection very naturally and quickly.

  • This space is built with softness, choice and nervous system awareness at its heart. You are encouraged to honour your body, your energy and your needs throughout the weekend. You are always welcome to reach out to feel into the space together.

  • This gathering will weave together ceremony, movement, workshops, nature, nourishing meals, spaciousness, rest, laughter, connection and Summer Solstice ritual. There will be moments of depth, and moments of lightness.

  • We will share nourishing vegetarian or vegan meals prepared with love throughout the weekend. You will receive a form beforehand where you can share any dietary needs or allergies.

  • Closer to the gathering, you will receive a welcome guide with everything you need to know and bring. Mostly: comfortable clothes, layers for summer evenings, swimwear if desired, and an open heart.

  • It’s hard to put into words what I felt during the SĀCRED REMEMBRANCE Retreat, it felt like coming home. Like stepping into a soft, sacred bubble of love, connection, and sisterhood. I had no idea what I was signing up for, I just felt it in my body… something was calling me. And I’m so glad I followed that feeling. I would do it again in a heartbeat. From the very first day, I felt deeply held, by the women, by the space, and by myself. I experienced a kind of sisterhood I had never felt before, one that made me soften and open in ways I didn’t expect. That connection is something I now carry with me. It changed the way I relate to other women, but also to myself. The retreat gave me tools and experiences that helped me reconnect with my body, release old layers, and remember the strength and softness within me. It invited me to take up space, trust my intuition, and explore parts of my essence I hadn’t touched in a long time.I’m still integrating so much, and at times, that feels messy. But I trust this is all part of the unfolding. This retreat reminded me that healing doesn’t always look perfect… but it is sacred.   • Words can't do justice to this beautiful experience but if I had to sum it up it three words it would be — Magical. Wholesome. Life changing. I came back not as a whole new woman but as finally wholly myself. Nothing has been the same in my life since I came back, my whole world experience levelled up. In this retreat, I connected to women in a way I didn't know was possible in such a short time. The flow of each day was amazing and all happened the way it was supposed to. This return to our true self, one with nature and its amazing powers is the most beautiful gift we can receive. Cara Creek was the perfect place to live this experience.   • 5 magical life changing days where I started to remember again. Bringing women together, that’s where the magic happens and where we find our power back. That is where we truly can let go and put off our masks. Being held by sisters and fully letting go of all the things you thought you were, and really stepping into our own power. My body was able to release everything I had been unconsciously holding onto all this time. My body slowly started to remember again. It started to sync with the natural rhythms of nature. My nervous system was realigning again. I received my bleed 5 days earlier on the full moon. We as women stopped bleeding together because we stopped living in rhythm with nature and ourselves. This week I synced with the full moon and with other sisters. I’m still in awe of the way our bodies work and how powerful we as women are. Forever grateful for Mother Nature and the way she mirrors us.

  • Wauw this Weekend retreat was one of the most magical (and very much needed) experience of my life. Inner Eden truly gave me a space where I could learn what real rest feels like and a way of living I'm taking with me now in my life.   • The biggest transformation for me was, sinking more in to my softness, feelings and allow them to flow through my system. Speaking up really helped, also the other women inspired me, to be and feel. I reflected a lot on myself, instead of looking for external solutions (my usual coping) Going inward and sit with my feelings. As a women who is hard for herself and my surroundings sometimes, I shifted to be softer. When I have challenges or discussions in life now, I first feel, then talk with more calmness instead of anger or blaming someone. When I feel Anger or sadness coming up I take responsibility for my part and let myself feel, cry, be alone, walk in nature, cook some food. What ever I need. I communicate my boundaries better and listen to my body. I highly recommend this if you need to reconnect, want to dive deeper in yourself, need a break or if you just love to be surrounded by amazing energy and women and want to be inspired.

  • The space Manouk and all the other women created made me feel so safe and held. I felt deeply connected — to them, to everything alive around me, to the beautiful trees, plants, river, animals big and small, the stars above, the universe and even to my own body. I was in touch with everything that is alive. Suddenly, I had visions in the night, and my organs -my heart and intestines- began to communicate with me. They asked if I could listen to them. They wanted to be seen and heard. They wanted to take up space. This moved me deeply. It was sooo beautiful to connect with my body in this way. I discovered truths that no one had ever told me, that no one had ever taught me, yet I knew them to be real. Everything I experienced felt so true, so honest, and so real. This retreat in the heart of Portugal’s nature was insane beautiful. (I’ve felt this connection since I was much younger.) It reminded me how deeply we are connected to everything and how magical life is! It showed me how important sisterhood is, how much love I have to give, how incredible it is to be a woman, and how magical women are. The wisdom we hold within ourselves is boundless. And when we truly see and support each other, the potential for growth is limitless! Every day, I’m embracing my feminine side more and more -inviting love, connection, tenderness, warmth, collaboration, creativity and self-love into my life. So far, this journey has been AMAZING.

  • The SĀCRED REMEMBRANCE Retreat 2023 felt to me like a nice soft place where all emotions could be. A magical place in a valley where I could be honest with myself. The retreat came my way after a breakup and a busy time at work. Manouk has inspired me so much. Not only with her beautiful knowledge that she shared daily in the ceremonies and with wonderful yoga lessons that felt like a warm blanket every day, but also by being there, without judgement.   • Floating in the magic of the surrounding land and sisters, my dormant wilderness awoke again with her howling inside me I can not suppress my essence anymore and feel deeply guided towards the path that was always meant for me. The perspective on life, I finally recognised the patterns that were keeping me prisoned. The tracks I had laid out for my life and now I begin to dismantle them and feel the flow of new creative energy flows. Being surrounded by 12 women, nature and Manouk her knowledge, energy and love, was just what I needed.
